Community Association Manager (CAM) duties:

 

Professional Vision and Goals

Key objectives include:

  •   Ensuring transparent management with regular updates
  •   Implementing proactive property maintenance strategies
  •   Providing effective conflict resolution
  •   Maintaining strict compliance with governing documents
  •   Establishing sound financial management systems


Day-to-Day Operations

 Key areas of focus will include:


    Community Support

  • · Regular property inspections and common area monitoring
  • · Vendor coordination and contract oversight
  • · Maintenance supervision and quality control
  • · Architectural review process assistance


    Resident Services

  •   Prompt response to community inquiries
  •   Violation notice management and follow-up
  •   Record keeping and documentation
  •   Meeting coordination and communication


   Professional Oversight

  •   Regular reports to the Board
  •   Compliance monitoring
  •   Project management
  •   Financial coordination with accounting at The CAM Team
