Homeowners are a voting member when it comes to decisions regarding the Meadows Neighborhood as a whole. The HOA will meet monthly (2 week prior posted notice) to discuss new, current and old topics involving the community.
The ARC will be a committee consisting of at least 3 residents, 2 of which are Board Members. The committee will meet once a month (posted 48hr notice) to review any ARC Forms submitted. The committee will discuss and review the Architectural Guidelines forowners approval or disapproval. Meeting minutes will be taken and sent to management.
The SRC shall consist of at least three (3) members.
No SRC member shall be an officer, director, or employee of the Association or the spouse, parent, child, brother or sister of an officer, director, or employee of the Association.
The SRC will attend Hearings for those who receive a Second Notice of Violation/Hearing Notice to review the information related to the violation and the imposed fine and will either confirm or reject the fine.
The Welcoming Committee will meet to gather and create "Welcome Packets" for incoming residents. Packets may include, but are not limited to, HOA Rules & Regulations, ARC information, Local Business Information, St Johns County information, etc. The possibilities are endless!
